And just like a musician prefers to play certain genres of music, I prefer to play with certain “genres” of voices. It’s what I’m naturally good at and therefore drawn to (or maybe it’s the other way around). I love writing copy that is fun, familiar, hopeful, helpful, empathetic, honest, irreverent, bold, witty, supportive, informative, empowering, and kind.
